Forming Machine for Soft Biscuits

Adopting roller printing forming, the feed trough roller and the impression roller rotate relative to each other under the drive of gears. The dough in the dough bucket falls into the concave mold on the surface of the two rollers.

As the rollers rotate, the dough fills the mold under pressure to form a biscuit blank with a specific shape and pattern. The biscuit forming machine can realize the forming of different patterns by replacing the impression roller, which is suitable for large-scale production.

Forming Machine for Hard Biscuits

• Dough feeding: The dough is fed between the two rollers of the roller cutting forming machine by a conveyor belt or a feeding device. One of them is a patterned roller with a specific pattern or shape groove, and the other is a smooth pressing roller.
• Roller extrusion: The two rollers rotate relative to each other, and during the rotation process, the dough is squeezed into the groove of the patterned roller. The shape of the groove of the patterned roller determines the shape and pattern of the biscuit.
• Forming and cutting: As the roller rotates, the dough is pressed and formed in the groove of the pattern roller, and the excess dough is scraped off by the scraper. When the pattern roller rotates to a specific position, the formed biscuit blank is automatically demolded and falls on the conveyor belt.

Cookie Forming Machine

• Extrusion molding is one of the common methods of cookie forming machines. The prepared cookie dough is placed in the hopper, and the dough is extruded from multiple extrusion nozzles through a screw conveyor or extrusion device.
• The shape and size of the extrusion nozzle determine the shape and size of the cookie. During the extrusion process, the dough is subjected to a certain pressure and shear force, which forms a specific shape and pattern.
• The extrusion speed, pressure and fluidity of the dough can be adjusted as needed to produce products of various shapes and sizes. Some extrusion forming machines are also equipped with flower nozzles and rotating devices to further enrich the shape of cookies.
